About the Role
Daily duties include assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing supplies, inspecting units to verify availability, handling cash drawer audits and bank deposits, and managing payment collections through reminders and calls. Property managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep both interior spaces and exterior grounds in good condition. • Work flexible full‑time hours from 9:30 am to 6 pm, with weekend shifts ending at 5 pm. • Independently manage multiple storage locations. • Assess customer storage requirements and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits each day. • Perform payment reminder and collection calls as needed. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50 % of the shift; climb stairs and open large doors. • Clean interior areas (sweep/mop) and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.

What You Bring
The position requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to half of the workday, and navigate stairs and large doors.
