About the Role
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoor and outdoor. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include unit inspections, cash‑drawer audits, bank deposits, and collection calls to keep accounts current. The role requires lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities, climbing stairs, and opening large doors, spending up to 50 % of time outdoors. Employees also perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions • Sell packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Make reminder and collection calls for overdue payments • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50 % of time; climb stairs and open large doors • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal
