About the Role
Downer plans, creates and sustains infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand, delivering integrated services to customers. The Transport & Infrastructure business manages and maintains road networks and undertakes civil and commercial construction, leveraging trans‑Tasman capabilities. • Provide accurate and timely reporting • Encourage and source cost‑effective training solutions • Identify training needs and schedule sessions • Record evidence‑based outcomes in the learning management system • Ensure new employees are assigned the correct training • Build effective relationships that encourage proactive communication and collaboration • Raise purchase orders and receipt invoices

What You Bring
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise tasks • Sound administration skills with high attention to detail • High‑level written and verbal communication; ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships • Demonstrated experience handling high‑volume data/administration • Experience with databases or LMS • Previous training industry experience or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
