About the Role

Property Managers operate independently, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to half of the workday walking around facilities, including outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. Basic cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal are also part of the daily duties. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Spend up to 50% of time walking/working outdoors, including stairs and doors • Prior experience in customer‑service sales (retail, restaurant, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required (reimbursed mileage)
