About the Role
The Road Mechanic position involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment, including aerial work platforms, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas gear. The role requires adapting to fast‑paced, changing priorities while ensuring safety and minimizing downtime. • Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired • 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment preferred • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL may be required in some locations • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
