About the Role

The Customer Support Specialist assists with all aspects of client relationships to ensure on‑point account satisfaction and effective use of products and services. The role works directly with clients to provide day‑to‑day account support, problem resolution, research, and analysis, while managing assigned accounts and communications. The ideal candidate is a professional, organized self‑starter with exceptional communication skills who can manage multiple projects, work well under pressure, solve problems, and interact professionally with coworkers and vendors. • Compile information from various sources to produce accurate, timely reports. • Collaborate with customers using defined processes to ensure satisfaction. • Establish professional, polite, and positive rapport with customers. • Handle multiple vendor accounts. • Provide timely follow‑up in a fast‑paced environment. • Answer incoming calls from customers and field service technicians requiring immediate attention. • Deliver superior customer service, reacting quickly to resolve issues professionally. • Liaise with internal departments to address client needs, raise and resolve concerns, and communicate changes.

What You Bring

We also consider work‑from‑home candidates outside Nashville who have at least one year of remote work experience; they must travel to Nashville for training. • Communicate professionally in verbal and written forms. • Work calmly in a fast‑paced team, managing special projects without compromising duties. • 1‑3+ years of customer account or service experience. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred; B.S. degree desirable. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, or similar systems is a plus. • Familiarity with work order platforms such as Service Channel, fmPilot2, or Corrigo is a plus. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
