Job Highlights
About the Role
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and coordinate breakdown calls, spare supply, preventive‑maintenance, and warranty services. • Supervise vendor teams and field technicians to perform equipment repairs efficiently. • Arrange required spares for site rectifications and coordinate with warehouse and SCM teams. • Manage documentation including root‑cause analysis, compliance submissions, and preventive‑maintenance reports. • Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance within the service team. • Provide training to employees and vendor technicians for safe and productive operations. • Review work orders, invoices, and reports for accuracy and manage accounts receivable. • Oversee vendor management, including purchase order issuance, billing, and payment release.

What You Bring
• Require hands‑on experience with chillers and low‑side services and team management capabilities. • Hold a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent; 10+ years commercial service management preferred. • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, ServiceMax, ERP, and related business applications.
