About the Role
The senior manager will focus on PCBA verification and validation, hardware design, and component engineering. Responsibilities include mixed‑signal and high‑frequency analog design, ensuring EMI/EMC compliance, and developing test plans for PCBA performance and reliability. The role also involves setting up test environments, conducting lab electrical tests, and supporting IoT‑enabled elevator control and connectivity products. • Verify and validate PCBA, conduct hardware design and component engineering. • Perform mixed‑signal and high‑frequency analog design while ensuring EMI/EMC compliance. • Develop and execute test plans for PCBA performance and reliability. • Set up test environments and conduct laboratory electrical engineering tasks. • Support IoT‑enabled elevator control and connectivity product development. • Prepare documentation for product releases, cost reductions, and engineering changes. • Apply C or Python programming skills to test software development. • Leverage development management tools (Jira, Confluence, DevOps) for project coordination. • Lead proactive, logical problem‑solving for new product and PCB testing initiatives.

What You Bring
Candidates should have an electronics or electrical engineering background, with a master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and ECAD design tools such as Cadence and PSpice. Proficiency with ARM Cortex‑M3, DCDC converters, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, as well as wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi, BLE) is required. Familiarity with C or Python programming, test software development, and development management tools (Jira, Confluence, DevOps) is a plus. Experience with Cadence Allegro and PCB testing is also desired. • Utilize ECAD tools such as Cadence and PSpice; proficient with ARM Cortex‑M3, DCDC, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN.
