About the Role
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. All employees are expected to consistently follow these standards. • Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and company guidelines regarding visitor and carrier safety. • Communicate and coordinate with other departments on deliveries and visitor appointments. • Liaise with loading and receiving crews to timely coordinate incoming and outgoing loads.

What You Bring
NTP‑Gallatin is actively seeking a dynamic individual for the guard position at our facility. Our team is committed to caring for our customers and believes in work‑life balance to maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment. The minimum qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include the ability to learn various computer applications to support shipment of finished goods, strong attention to detail, organization, the ability to thrive in a steady‑paced environment, and at least three years of experience in a security‑guard role.
