About the Role
The Marketing Manager will provide strategic marketing support for a portfolio of Pacific Northwest properties, collaborating with operational leadership and clients to design and execute effective marketing plans while continuously analyzing performance data. This hybrid role combines remote work with travel to locations such as Vancouver, Spokane, Bend, Mill Creek, and Portland. • Collaborate with operational leadership to support leasing through property marketing initiatives. • Develop and execute marketing plans using centralized team resources, vendor partners, and personal expertise. • Analyze leasing and marketing performance data and deliver reports to leadership and clients. • Recommend and oversee short‑term and long‑term goals with timelines, benchmarks, and KPIs. • Participate in regular calls with leadership and clients to review community marketing performance. • Provide leasing and marketing training and best practices to onsite teams. • Create campaigns for prospect outreach, resident referrals, events, and social‑media growth. • Build 30‑60‑90‑day action plans for properties that are not meeting occupancy targets. • Present recommendations with clear pros, cons, risks, and rewards.
