About the Role

The Change Manager for Digital Innovation and Technology will support business and IT transformation by assessing the current application landscape, mapping it to the target architecture, and identifying change activities needed for adoption, minimal disruption, and value delivery. Reporting to the Digital Transformation Program Manager within the Pacific project team, the role is accountable for change impact assessments across the zone. Key responsibilities include partnering with program management, IT, business leaders, and global transformation teams to ensure structured, well‑communicated change; supporting change communications and training linked to applications; engaging stakeholders to build understanding of program value; and collaborating with internal teams on readiness assessments. • Lead change management for digital innovation by assessing current application landscape and mapping to target architecture. • Collaborate with program managers, IT, business leaders, and global transformation teams to structure and embed change. • Develop and deliver change communications and training for application transformations. • Conduct impact assessments, readiness analysis, and stakeholder engagement across ERP, CRM, and integration systems. • Provide expertise in complex multi‑system environments, preferably with SAP S/4HANA. • Participate in a recruitment process: online application, phone screen, virtual/in‑person panels; must have Australian working rights.

What You Bring

The position can be based in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and offers a hybrid working model with flexibility. Ideal candidates have at least five years of experience in change management, application transformation, or ERP/digital programs, and hold a tertiary qualification in business, IT, engineering or a related discipline. They possess strong stakeholder and change management capabilities, excellent communication and facilitation skills, an analytical mindset, and proven project delivery experience. Experience with enterprise application landscapes, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is preferred. • Hold 5+ years experience in change management or digital transformation and a tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and project delivery skills.
