About the Role
The Business Analyst will join the senior management team to drive planning and customer service functions. The role involves developing, producing and maintaining management information to support commercial decisions, client KPI monitoring, project delivery and contract mobilisation, while promoting MCM usage and seeking process improvements and emerging technologies. The position includes line‑managing two staff, cultivating strong relationships with clients, service users and local communities, managing client expectations, attending meetings and supporting business development activities such as bid preparation. • Develop and produce accurate management information for decision making and KPI monitoring. • Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and add value through data analysis and continuous improvement. • Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on MCM/Total Mobile and supporting systems (ME3, MSP). • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures across the branch. • Promote engagement with MCM/Total Mobile; act as MCM Super User for the region. • Manage contract set‑up and mobilisation. • Produce reports to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities. • Line‑manage two staff members. • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, service users, and local communities. • Manage client expectations, attend meetings, and support business development including bid preparation.

What You Bring
The role requires a high level of literacy and numeracy, strong analytical skills, experience in data interpretation, business process mapping, operational change management, project delivery and stakeholder coordination, and proficiency with digital systems such as MCM, Total Mobile, ME3 and MSP. Candidates must also demonstrate leadership, communication, and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK; the role does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must meet vehicle driving criteria (over 21, licence >3 months, <9 points) and will undergo background, identity and security checks. Benefits
Annual salary up to £40,000, full‑time permanent role in Ealing. Benefits include 25 days annual leave, Mears Rewards, volunteering leave, and family‑friendly policies.
