About the Role
The Construction Manager 2 provides technical expertise coordinating field activities for new home construction according to Century Complete standards, overseeing schedules, safety, erosion control, quality, budgets, and customer satisfaction. • Maintain and coordinate construction schedules across multiple neighborhoods to meet or exceed goals. • Communicate regularly with customers and conduct orientations throughout construction. • Complete all paperwork for homes, including utility applications, pre‑lot inspections, and quality checklists. • Coach vendors, report non‑performance, and recruit new vendors as needed. • Perform daily inspections to ensure quality standards and job‑site safety. • Set up and maintain erosion and sediment control measures on every site. • Authorize bi‑weekly payments for vendors and work to reduce variance expenses. • Identify design or plan issues and forward them to purchasing for review. • Execute punch‑list work to eliminate variances and meet closing deadlines.

What You Bring
