About the Role

The Billing Coordinator role manages and evaluates a large volume of accounts with complex billing requirements, ensuring accuracy to protect company revenue. The position demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines. The coordinator oversees approximately 10,000 accounts that generate $2.5 million in monthly revenue, reviews charges for accuracy, creates tailored invoices, resolves disputes, reconciles complex transactions, collaborates with the Collections team, and handles ticket‑based requests, all while communicating with internal and external stakeholders. • Manage ~10,000 accounts generating $2.5 M monthly revenue. • Review and verify accuracy of customer charges before invoicing. • Create customized PDF and Excel invoices per contract specifications. • Research invoicing disputes and process manual accounts‑receivable adjustments. • Analyze and reconcile complex transactions to ensure contract compliance. • Collaborate with Collections team to resolve billing issues and maintain clean aging. • Resolve ticket‑based requests promptly across multiple systems. • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers. • Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy. • Analyze large data sets effectively.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of billing or accounting experience, strong numerical aptitude, and three years of advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. High‑level attention to detail and the ability to analyze large data sets are essential. • Possess ≥2 years billing/accounting experience with strong numerical skills. • Demonstrate ≥3 years advanced MS Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
