About the Role

Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, providing data‑driven insights, and designing talent strategies that align with commercial goals. The HRBP will coach regional HR managers and senior leaders, lead talent reviews, succession planning and performance management, and partner with Talent and Reward Centres of Expertise to retain top talent. Additionally, the role acts as a conduit between the business and HR functions, driving strategic conversations, leading cross‑country projects, and advancing HR from transactional delivery to strategic change leadership. • Act as trusted advisor and thought partner to UK&I Business Line leadership. • Provide data‑driven insights to shape people‑related business decisions. • Design and execute talent strategies aligned with commercial objectives. • Coach and develop regional HR Managers and senior leaders. • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles. • Partner with Talent and Reward CoEs to identify, retain and reward top talent. • Connect business needs with HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, ER, Recruitment, etc.). • Drive strategic conversations focused on high‑ROI people initiatives. • Identify and lead cross‑business or cross‑country HR projects for scalable impact. • Promote a problem‑solving mindset and structured project management within HR.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has proven HR Business Partner experience within a complex global matrix organization, a strong track record of coaching senior leaders, and the ability to use analytics to influence decisions. Experience collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise, delivering talent and reward processes, and leading cross‑functional, cross‑country HR initiatives is essential.
