About the Role

Associate Photographers are a versatile team that collects media for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Equipped with a Matterport Pro3, digital camera gear, and an iPad, they produce virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography. Each photographer is assigned a core territory to service the platforms’ clients. Photographers schedule appointments to scan homes and apartments, capturing 3‑D tours and footprints. They also create high‑quality photographs for marketing purposes and work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management. When not on residential jobs, they patrol one‑mile square grids to gather commercial real‑estate data, identify missing inventory, and ensure coverage. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography using Matterport Pro3 and digital cameras. • Manage a core territory, schedule appointments, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and management teams. • Navigate 1‑mile square grids to acquire commercial real‑estate data and identify new inventory. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management to prioritize tasks. • Adhere to CoStar safety standards and represent the company professionally at all times. • Meet physical demands including up to 8 hours of standing, walking, and lifting equipment up to 5 lb.

What You Bring

The position requires repetitive sitting in a vehicle, standing, and walking up to eight hours per day, with the ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to five pounds. Frequent hand and arm movements are needed to operate a tablet and camera gear, and occasional bending, stooping, and twisting are required. Photographers must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and on rotating weekend schedules. Candidates need at least two years of professional real‑estate photography experience or a recent photography degree, strong time‑management, and detail‑orientation. Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications is required, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. A current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory; field experience is preferred. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check. • Possess at least 2 years of real‑estate photography experience and strong time‑management skills. • Demonstrate proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
