About the Role

The Analyst role supports international and occasional domestic brokerage activities, assisting projects that enable client decision‑making. Responsibilities include financial analysis, research, transaction management, supply‑chain analysis, portfolio mapping, lease reporting and co‑broker coordination. • Conduct supply‑chain analysis and support network‑optimization projects. • Create interactive portfolio maps using MapIT, Google Earth or similar tools. • Manage client lease‑expiration reports and transaction‑management software; produce customized dashboards and analytics. • Hire and oversee co‑brokers for global transactions, tracking progress. • Prepare transaction documents such as project authorizations, opportunity analyses, RFPs, co‑brokerage and revenue‑sharing agreements, and commission agreements. • Conduct market calls, develop surveys, fact sheets and client tours. • Review lease documents, write abstracts and perform due‑diligence reviews. • Perform complex pre‑tax financial analyses, cash‑flow projections, lease‑vs‑purchase and sensitivity analyses. • Prepare annual mark‑to‑market portfolio assessments and related presentations for client business reviews. • Research target companies and assist business‑development initiatives.
