About the Role
• Manage the cost estimating department and deliver accurate estimates on schedule. • Directly supervise estimators and ensure project costing is precise. • Oversee multiple concurrent data‑center construction projects. • Lead a multi‑disciplinary cost‑management team. • Interact with clients to receive instructions, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms. • Implement and manage quality‑assurance programs within the estimating team.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS degree and eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications are five years of data‑center construction experience, experience leading a multi‑disciplinary cost‑management team across concurrent projects, direct client interaction for proposals and negotiations, and managing quality‑assurance programs within the team. Sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. • Hold a BA/BS degree with at least eight years of relevant experience. • Possess five years of data‑center construction experience (preferred). • Demonstrated ability to lead cost‑management teams across projects.
