About the Role
We are looking for a cost management professional to join our Abu Dhabi team, supporting the design and construction efforts across our infrastructure projects. The position ensures high professional standards and close collaboration with design, client, and contract administration teams. • Integrate with design and client teams while supporting claim evaluations. • Prepare financial updates, monthly cost reports, earned‑value analyses, and cash‑flow forecasts. • Assess progress payments, change requests, and variation orders; negotiate with contractors, subcontractors, and contract administrators. • Review scopes of work, production rates, and cost data to support cost control. • Evaluate and negotiate final account settlements.

What You Bring
• Hold a QS or Engineering degree (or equivalent). • Proficient in English; Arabic language skills considered a benefit. • Strong knowledge of industry best practices, cost and contract management, budgeting, and change control. • Able to present confidently and maintain confidentiality of project data. • Computer literate with experience in cost‑management software programs.
