About the Role

The role involves loading and unloading equipment, preparing and supplying materials, installing solar panels, rigging, assembling racking and torque tubes, laying out piles, managing wire installations, performing general cleanup and debris removal, and completing any other assigned duties. • Load and unload equipment and materials. • Prepare, handle, and supply materials for other crafts. • Install solar panels, rigging, racking, torque tubes, and pile layouts. • Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and wire management. • Operate power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.

What You Bring

Preferred candidates have construction experience and can operate a variety of tools and equipment, including power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, excellent communication, detail orientation, and the ability to perform repetitive movements are essential. Lifting up to 50 lb is required, with assistance needed for heavier loads. • Demonstrate strong teamwork, positive attitude, and effective communication. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements; lift up to 50 lb (assisted beyond 50 lb). • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
