About the Role
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Participate in marketing efforts to secure new projects and expand the client base. • Represent the organization at industry events, committees, and associations to network and identify opportunities. • Maintain a program of personal study to stay updated on industry advancements and improve technical skills. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering professional growth and development. • Prepare and review technical reports that outline methodologies, findings, recommendations, and observations. • Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Utilize industry-standard software tools to conduct analyses, simulations, and assessments. • Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook for documentation and reporting. • Serve as a team lead on complex projects or multiple smaller projects. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Develop detailed project proposals, including scope of work, deliverables, schedules, and objectives. • Analyze data and results to identify trends, solve problems, and develop actionable conclusions. • Ensure effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Administrative and Communication Skills: • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required. • Perform engineering studies and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of planning, design, and operational principles. • Ability to travel to client locations. • 15+ years of proven work experience in engineering operations, planning, or project management. • Proficiency in engineering software tools and database management. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience in the engineering field. • Analysis and Problem-Solving:
