About the Role
The role requires presenting, servicing, maintaining and operating asphalt plants and wheeled loaders in a professional, safe and efficient manner, complying with all legislation, regulations and company policies while achieving productivity and quality targets; occasional overtime or weekend shifts may be required. • Operate and maintain asphalt plant and wheeled loaders safely and efficiently • Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies • Meet agreed productivity and quality targets • Work occasional overtime or weekend shifts as needed

What You Bring
Key qualifications include a full Class 1 NZ driver’s licence (WTR endorsements advantageous), experience or exposure to civil plant operations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high standard of health and safety, and the ability to learn computer systems; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
