About the Role

The position supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians, managing workflow and assigning tasks. The incumbent oversees day‑to‑day operations in the maintenance shop, coordinates all maintenance work and repairs, reviews driver repairs and maintenance requests, prepares work orders, performs mechanical duties as needed, monitors inventory and restocks parts, coaches and trains personnel, evaluates performance, conducts disciplinary actions, and contributes to termination, compensation and promotion decisions. They interpret and ensure consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations, and create and submit required reports. • Supervise technicians, manage workflow and assign tasks. • Oversee daily maintenance shop operations and coordinate repairs. • Review driver repairs, prepare work orders, and perform mechanical duties as needed. • Monitor and restock inventory of replacement parts. • Coach, train, evaluate, and discipline personnel; contribute to termination, compensation and promotion decisions. • Ensure consistent application of policies and safety regulations; generate required reports.

What You Bring

This role requires a schedule of 7 AM‑4 PM Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, four years of relevant work experience, and a valid driver’s license. The position may require air travel or access to federal property, so candidates must have a REAL ID or an acceptable alternative, or be willing to obtain one. • Hold a high school diploma or GED, four years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. • Must possess or obtain a REAL ID for travel or federal‑property access.
