About the Role

The Bilingual Commercial Solutions Specialist will coordinate the commercial side of project orders—including standard, assembled‑to‑order and engineered‑to‑order equipment—for customers across Canada. The role is based in a hybrid‑working environment at our Lachine, QC or Burlington, ON office and supports a salary range of $69,000‑$86,000 plus a variable incentive program. Our company delivers comprehensive electrical products and services that power homes, schools, hospitals, data centers and other critical facilities. The specialist will maintain commercial integrity of projects by reviewing purchase orders, conducting monthly risk‑based project reviews, and ensuring accurate system data and financial controls such as billing, invoicing, claims resolution and bond management. They will collaborate with factory, credit, field‑sales and internal teams to resolve issues, provide customers with timely updates on order status, shipping schedules and billing, and manage multiple project orders simultaneously. A continuous‑improvement mindset is expected to enhance processes throughout the order cycle. • Review and interpret customer purchase orders while maintaining accurate project data. • Conduct monthly project risk reviews and apply mitigation strategies. • Oversee financial controls, including progress billing, invoicing, claims resolution, and bond/letter of credit management. • Coordinate logistics and shipment scheduling to ensure on‑time delivery with factory and field‑sales teams. • Provide proactive updates to customers on order status, shipping, and billing. • Manage multiple concurrent project orders efficiently. • Drive continuous‑process improvement throughout the order cycle.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a college diploma or university degree from an accredited institution and have at least three years of experience with construction projects in project management, sales/quotations, or engineering. Fluency in both French and English is essential for communication with internal and external partners and for interpreting technical documentation. The position requires a PMP certification, a solid understanding of single‑line diagrams and power‑distribution concepts, and the right to work in Canada without sponsorship. • Hold an accredited college diploma or university degree. • Have at least three years of experience in construction‑related project management, sales/quotations, or engineering. • Be bilingual in French and English for internal and external communications. • Be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship now and in the future. • Possess PMP certification and strong knowledge of power‑distribution and single‑line diagrams.
