About the Role

The Head of QA/QC will develop and implement QA plans, process control procedures, and a corrective action program to guarantee that maintenance activities meet required standards. Responsibilities include coordinating internal audits, conducting investigations of deviations and out‑of‑specifications events, and reviewing maintenance work against standard operating procedures. The role also involves liaising with other departments, supporting contractor compliance, and ensuring QA staff are properly trained. • Develop QA plans and process control procedures for maintenance. • Maintain and manage the corrective action program and quality systems. • Coordinate and participate in internal audits with corporate quality personnel. • Conduct QA investigations, including deviations and out‑of‑specifications events. • Review maintenance processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions. • Liaise with other departments on quality assurance issues. • Support contractor staff to achieve compliance and continuous improvement. • Train QA department personnel and oversee departmental budgeting.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field and possess at least ten years of experience in a quality control or assurance role. Required credentials include NACE Level 2 certification and strong expertise in root‑cause analysis, technical quality control, and leadership of large, multicultural teams. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive, organized approach are essential. • Hold NACE Level 2 certification. • Minimum of 10+ years experience in quality control/assurance. • Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis (RCA). • Proven leadership skills within large, multicultural organizations.
