About the Role
• Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceiling work • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning • Replace light bulbs and ballasts • Repair closet/drapery tracks and furniture; stain furniture and fix knicks and gouges • Establish clear communication with engineering leadership • Assist other maintenance staff on special projects

What You Bring
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience • Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 ft; push/pull up to 100 lb, lift/carry up to 50 lb • Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods • Valid driver’s license
