About the Role
As a Refinery Site Manager, you will oversee day-to‑to‑day operations of existing refinery chemical processes for customer accounts, technicians, and account representatives. You will interpret technical data, prepare service reports, and present recommendations regularly. You will also lead customer meetings, deliver business reviews and technical presentations, and act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams. The role includes managing account budgets, P&L, chemical inventories, and coordinating chemical deliveries at customer sites. You will identify customer projects to generate new sales growth opportunities. • Manage daily refinery chemical process operations for customer accounts and technical teams. • Interpret technical data and produce service reports with recommendations. • Lead regular customer meetings, business reviews, and technical presentations. • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and assistance to customers and internal teams. • Oversee account budget, P&L, chemical inventories, and coordinate chemical deliveries on‑site. • Identify customer projects to create new sales growth opportunities.

What You Bring
Success in this position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Chemical Engineering, and at least seven years of experience in industrial, refining, or sales environments. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of refinery processes and finished fuels additives, proficiency with MS Office, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work proactively as a self‑starter. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemical Engineering preferred). • Possess at least 7 years of industrial, refining, or sales experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of refinery processes and finished fuels additives. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
