About the Role

The Lead Field Service Engineer will expand ALC’s Aftermarket Services on advanced systems, acting as a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused role model for other field engineers. Responsibilities include solving complex problems, training less‑experienced engineers, and serving as the on‑site product and technical expert. • Provide solutions to complex system problems and lead others in resolution. • Serve as local technical contact and mentor less‑experienced Field Service Engineers on field tools and technology. • Perform maintenance on field controllers, servers, workstations, and hardware; recommend enhancements, upgrades, or repairs. • Manage equipment scheduling, modifications, and ensure work exceeds customer time and quality expectations. • Document project status and communicate details to customers; deliver site‑specific training to owners/operators.
