About the Role

We are hiring a Strategic Delivery Planning Lead (Operations Director) on a permanent basis. In this role you will manage senior direct reports, provide leadership to ensure delivery excellence, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across all activities. • Lead strategic delivery planning for early stages of major aviation programmes. • Manage senior direct reports and large, diverse teams while fostering continuous improvement. • Oversee schedule management, planning systems, and controls using appropriate tools. • Provide analytical oversight of budgets, uncertainty, and integrated project controls. • Engage senior stakeholders and ensure commercial and contractual compliance.

You must demonstrate strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage uncertainty, budgets and integrated project controls while engaging senior stakeholders and diverse teams. Membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM or IEMA, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience, are required. • Hold professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, etc.) and relevant degree or equivalent experience.
