About the Role

The consultant generates interest by touring prospects, highlights community amenities, qualifies applicants, ensures apartments are move‑in ready, and provides exceptional resident service to support retention while handling paperwork and office tasks. • Tour properties and showcase amenities to prospective residents. • Conduct applicant screening and initiate background checks. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and coordinate rental paperwork. • Deliver exceptional service to maintain resident satisfaction and retention. • Manage leasing office tasks, including documentation and deadline compliance. • Uphold company policies, professionalism, and teamwork in all interactions.
