About the Role

By joining our resort operations team you will help create beautiful atmospheres and warm, friendly interactions that become lifetime memories for our guests. • Clean assigned units, offices, and public areas to established quality and productivity standards. • Report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to housekeeping staff. • Notify security of any suspicious activity. • Keep cleaning cart supplies and equipment organized and in good condition. • Secure department assets and supplies in storage neatly. • Assist management with accurate linen and supply inventory. • Complete daily assigned projects. • Turn in lost‑and‑found items promptly. • Use radios, devices, duress alerts, and sign‑in/out logs correctly. • Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties or special projects as required. • Follow reasonable requests from management.

What You Bring

• Basic English proficiency for guest greetings and requests. • Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb. • Capable of working an 8‑hour shift standing or walking, with reasonable accommodations if needed. • Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred. • 6–12 months housekeeping experience.
