About the Role

Each day you will service trucks and equipment that support millions of customers nationwide, using modern tools and procedures to maintain diesel and, at some locations, CNG fleets. Your work ensures that vehicles leave the shop ready to keep local communities moving. • Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment • Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns • Conduct safety checks on vehicles • Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times • Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards • Work in indoor garage/shop/gas‑plant and outdoor conditions including inclement weather, heat, humidity

What You Bring

• Strong background for mechanical diesel fleet trucks • Ability to give direct orders and coaching • Ability of multi‑tasking • Computer background • Able to complete mandatory 2‑week training in Arizona • 4 years of relevant work experience • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Age 18 or older • Legally eligible to work in the United States • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position (with or without accommodations) • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Determined problem solvers • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; standing, walking, grasping; occasional sitting and balancing • Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, extreme weather
