About the Role
The Procurement and Contracts team oversees the full lifecycle of procurement, contract administration, and grant compliance across design, construction, and professional services. It leads procurement processes, administers contracts, manages state and federal grant programs, and maintains rigorous quality control and tracking systems to support project finance and compliance audits. • Prepare reports, track results, coordinate program development, handle calls, copy, edit documents, and schedule appointments. • Participate in meetings, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support data analysis for management. • Conduct research and assist on special projects as assigned.

What You Bring
• Must be enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program with at least a High School Diploma/GED. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Preferred enrollment in an associate program such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or Supply Chain and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Part‑time internship on the Hood River–White Salmon Bridge Replacement Project, starting Winter/Spring 2026, located in White Salmon, WA. • Visa sponsorship not available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Benefits
