About the Role
The position involves being the Engineer of Record on dedicated projects, leading coordination meetings, supervising staff, and participating in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. Additional duties include employee evaluations, establishing design standards, managing construction administration (field reports, RFIs, bulletins), coordinating invoicing, monitoring correspondence, contributing to expert teams, preparing proposals and contracts, and supervising analysis of system options. • Serve as Engineer of Record and lead project coordination meetings. • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff. • Develop design standards, specifications, and project criteria. • Manage construction administration including field reports, RFIs, and bulletins. • Coordinate monthly invoicing and monitor accounts receivable. • Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements for clients. • Conduct system option analyses and generate related reports. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and firmwide expert teams.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a current PE license, have healthcare design experience, and possess a bachelor's in electrical engineering. Required experience includes 12+ years in consulting (MEP), 3 years of supervisory experience, and hands‑on CAD/Revit design skills. • Hold a current PE license with healthcare design experience. • Minimum 12 years consulting MEP experience and 3 years supervisory experience. • Proficient in hands‑on CAD/Revit design.
