About the Role
In this hunter role you will generate new business, qualify high‑potential opportunities and close deals for new‑construction, retrofit and technology‑refresh projects across Singapore. You will work with account managers and regional sales teams to integrate digital solutions with existing BMS and HVAC systems, tailoring offerings to client needs while maintaining a robust pipeline. • Exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly Digital Solutions sales targets. • Qualify opportunities and maintain a high‑quality pipeline with accurate forecasts. • Influence multiple departments and levels within customer organizations to understand needs. • Partner with regional sales teams to identify high‑potential opportunities and increase account wallet share. • Develop and maintain Digital Solution strategy within strategic Account Plans, outlining priorities, personas, progress and blockers. • Stay current on industry trends such as IoT, AI, SaaS and sustainability. • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, mapping relationships and advancing opportunities from demand creation to closure. • Provide customer feedback to shape Digital Solution development and roadmap prioritization. • Participate in industry professional groups and speaking engagements.

What You Bring
The position requires strong knowledge of IoT, AI and IT, with familiarity in BMS/HVAC as a secondary advantage, and calls for creativity, entrepreneurial drive and a start‑up mindset within a multinational environment. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. • 10+ years of enterprise, value‑based solution and software sales experience meeting revenue targets. • Proven account‑management skills: planning, opportunity qualification, stakeholder communication and partner engagement. • Demonstrated consultative, value‑based selling ability linking innovative solutions to customer priorities. • Technical acumen in IoT architecture, edge and cloud technologies; knowledge of BMS and/or HVAC is a plus. • Strong business case development, collaboration and achievement orientation. • Entrepreneurial mindset with start‑up mentality, adaptable, curious and willing to travel.
