About the Role
In this role, the technician will test production materials, ensure compliance with internal and external specifications, maintain control charts and required records, and provide technical support to internal and external customers while supporting environmental agency compliance. • Test and certify production materials to ensure quality and cost‑efficiency. • Monitor production and deliver test results for contract procurement and job quality compliance. • Maintain control charts, lab records, and perform accurate data entry. • Operate and maintain quality‑control lab equipment, including gradation, XRF/chemistry, crushed count, and deleterious count testing. • Conduct aggregate testing procedures and apply basic geological knowledge. • Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to address quality issues. • Lift up to 50 lb continuously and perform basic mechanical repairs as needed. • Communicate effectively with team members and internal/external customers. • Operate testing equipment and company vehicles safely and responsibly. • Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean lab environment. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company contribution and match after one year of service.

What You Bring
