About the Role

Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, both inside and outdoors. Core duties include assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to half of the workday walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior spaces, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal are also expected. Successful candidates typically come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations.
