About the Role
In this role you will operate in a thriving workshop environment, overseeing the delivery of mechanical solutions and ensuring high‑quality maintenance outcomes. You will be responsible for keeping equipment in optimal condition and supporting a large team that is integral to our business. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and safety of our pressure‑pumping assets. You will ensure the reliability and safety of pressure‑pumping equipment through proactive maintenance and adherence to operational standards. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams will be essential to support continuous improvement. • Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance on Pressure Pumping equipment. • Plan and document equipment maintenance according to business standards. • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, tractors, trailers, and cementing/frac equipment. • Assemble, overhaul, and ensure safety compliance of equipment, including third‑party and field personnel. • Execute SAP transactions for material movement and equipment tracking; manage parts, materials, and consumables. • Support incident investigations by diagnosing equipment problems. • Maintain inventory alignment with planning KPIs and coordinate refurbishments, painting, and welding with suppliers.

What You Bring
The role requires extensive experience in equipment maintenance, a technical background in electro‑mechanical systems, and proven troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently and flexibly are also essential. Familiarity with enterprise software such as SAP, Ariba, and Maximo is required. • Bring 7+ years of equipment maintenance experience and a technical education in electro‑mechanical systems. • Proficient in SAP, Ariba, Maximo, and Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, flexible hours, and adapt to varied schedules.
