About the Role
Key responsibilities include planning and managing project schedules, scope, and budgets, conducting value‑engineering studies, and coordinating with cost‑management specialists for estimates and budget reconciliation. The manager will lead permitting efforts, design management, procurement, construction, fit‑out, and closeout, while negotiating contracts and claims. Effective delegation and oversight of entitlement processes are also required. • Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost. • Conduct value engineering to identify savings and material substitutions. • Lead stakeholder communication and develop comprehensive project management plans. • Coordinate cost estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation with cost management team. • Drive permitting process and ensure timely approvals from local, state, and federal agencies. • Oversee design management, procurement, construction, fit‑out, and project closeout. • Negotiate contracts and claims; develop and control project budgets. • Delegate tasks effectively and supervise entitlement processes for site zoning. • Apply expertise in project planning, cost control, and value engineering across multiple projects.

The firm is seeking a Project Manager to work on‑site with a high‑profile global e‑commerce organization in Redmond. The role supports executive leadership and program teams by overseeing strategic initiatives, operational workflows, financial reporting, stakeholder communications, and administrative logistics. Technical R&D lab experience is essential. Successful candidates will possess strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and value engineering across multiple projects, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication. They must build positive relationships with peers, leaders, and clients, and commit to continuous self‑development. A BS in construction, engineering, architecture or related field and at least six years of relevant experience are required. • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication and build positive client relationships. • Hold a BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 6+ years of project management experience. • Possess technical R&D lab experience; certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED preferred.

Benefits
