About the Role

The Senior Developer will translate business requirements into robust data models and interactive visual reports, define and monitor key performance indicators, and perform deep data analysis using DAX and SQL. Responsibilities include constructing data warehouses, optimizing ETL processes, and continuously improving existing BI systems for performance and accuracy. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures that dashboards and reports meet strategic objectives and support informed decision‑making. • Translate business requirements into data models and technical specifications • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and visual reports • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) • Perform deep data analysis using DAX queries and functions • Build and maintain data warehouses and optimize ETL processes • Write and execute SQL queries to ensure optimal data retrieval • Create and document charts, algorithms, parameters, and data relationships • Enhance existing BI systems for performance and scalability • Apply filters and visualizations to improve data comprehension • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data needs and provide insights • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across enterprise databases • Educate non‑technical users on data utilization and best practices

What You Bring

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Developer to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge. For the senior developer role, 3–6 years of relevant Power BI experience is required, while a team‑lead position demands 5–8 years of experience.
