About the Role
• Support development and management of strategic plans and program initiatives for the Owner. • Assist design, engineering and construction teams through planning, design, pre‑construction and construction phases. • Initiate and manage procurement of design, construction, and consultant services. • Serve as liaison between client and design/construction professionals. • Oversee and review architectural and engineering drawings and bid documents. • Lead value‑engineering sessions to reduce costs. • Develop, monitor, and update the master project budget and schedule. • Analyze budgets and schedules for impact on financial objectives and timelines. • Assist client in scheduling, coordination, and management of Owner‑direct vendors and consultants. • Meet with clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to present status and anticipate issues. • Lead all project aspects including budget, schedule, operational needs, procedures, client standards, QA/QC, and role responsibilities. • Attend owner, architect and contractor meetings, taking notes and managing follow‑up actions. • Establish and oversee project close‑out documentation and processes through completion. • Negotiate, resolve and close outstanding change orders, quality issues or disputes. • Process and track final invoices, payment applications and retention payments. • Prepare and submit final project accounting and budget. • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with all team members. • Present to senior management to obtain approvals.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of project controls, management, construction documentation and sequencing. • Exhibit excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. • Proven track record in leading and delivering high‑quality programs/projects. • Display exceptionally strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software platforms. • Maintain mandatory AutoCAD proficiency. • Possess required furniture installation experience. • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in design and construction of retail and corporate interior projects. • Consulting experience is preferred. • Corporate tenant improvement experience is preferred.

Benefits
The salary range for this full‑time role is $110K‑$140K per year, representing base salary only; actual compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications. Turner & Townsend promotes a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work‑life balance.
