About the Role

The successful candidate must communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and site personnel, work independently or collaboratively, adhere to safety policies, and manage technical, cost, and schedule elements within AECOM’s Quality Management System. • Conduct engineering design under supervision of an experienced engineer. • Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision. • Collect and analyze data under supervision of an experienced engineer. • Use computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems. • Perform work in accordance with agreed‑upon budget and schedule under supervision.

What You Bring

• Build analytic and design skills. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Valid U.S. driver's license and pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review. • Preferred: Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Preferred: Previous internship or co‑op experience. • Preferred: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering software. • Preferred: Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
