About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role oversees all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Responsibilities include showing units, qualifying prospects, processing leases, and maintaining resident satisfaction while supporting community events and outreach. • Show properties, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and finalize leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up with prospects. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turn processes. • Track prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, and apply marketing strategies to meet leasing targets. • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate leasing data. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Contribute to office and common area upkeep and cleaning. • Assist with annual marketing plan execution and conduct regular market surveys. • Maintain product knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and enforce community policies as delegated.
