About the Role
The Commute Manager leads comprehensive transport operations, overseeing MoveInSync technology and centralized command to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient employee commuting across multiple locations. This role collaborates with transport vendors to maintain 100% compliance with safety and regulatory standards while enhancing employee wellbeing. Day‑to‑day duties include managing 24/7 transport services, planning team schedules, coaching staff, coordinating vendor inductions, conducting monthly vendor reviews with scorecards, reporting incidents promptly, and implementing proactive safety measures, especially for women traveling during odd hours. • Lead 24/7 transport operations using MoveInSync technology. • Oversee team schedules, shift planning, and performance coaching. • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. • Conduct monthly vendor review meetings and prepare performance scorecards. • Report incidents promptly and implement proactive safety measures. • Analyze transport data, produce monthly reports, and maintain data backups. • Ensure women employee safe travel protocols and RTA compliance.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of experience in employee transportation or related operational roles, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and proven team‑leadership abilities. Knowledge of local transport regulations, transport management systems, and vendor management is required; preferred candidates have MoveInSync experience, 24/7 operational background, and expertise in safety and women’s travel protocols. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of transport program experience. • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Possess knowledge of local transportation systems, regulations, and TMS. • Preferred: Experience with MoveInSync or similar platforms and 24/7 operational environments. • Preferred: Background in safety management, business continuity, and women’s safety protocols.
