About the Role
• Manage transportation engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams (engineers, planners, scientists, support staff). • Develop expertise in environmental assessments, preliminary and detailed design, and construction-phase services. • Lead preparation of technical reports, studies, EA documentation, contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. • Oversee stakeholder consultation programs and deliver presentations to municipal councils and agencies. • Maintain regular client communication, manage project budgets, and ensure successful delivery. • Prepare estimates and proposals; nurture MTO client relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Contribute to leadership of the Transportation Facilities Group and travel for meetings and cross‑office collaboration. • Mentor junior staff, provide technical direction, training recommendations, coaching, and career development support. • Participate in professional associations and committees to enhance Dillon’s corporate profile.

The position is open to candidates in any of Dillon’s Ontario offices and offers flexible work hours to balance personal and professional demands. • Requirements: Civil engineering degree, Ontario P.Eng., minimum 15 years experience, proven leadership and business development, MTO environmental assessment expertise, experience with alternative delivery models, strong public/agency consultation skills, Microsoft and Google Suite proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication.
