About the Role
• Lead and promote a safety culture, investigate incidents and retrain staff. • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and overall job workflow. • Oversee staff, subcontractors, and programs such as Safety, Quality, and EEO. • Develop work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work. • Coordinate site care, custody, and control. • Conduct daily stand‑up and weekly trade meetings. • Participate in progress and OAC meetings. • Create, adjust, and implement project schedules with the Project Manager. • Track project budget and costs using management system reports. • Communicate key information to owners, design team, authorities, and vendors. • Maintain project documentation, drawings, logs, and inspection notebooks. • Approve unit cost information and produce daily/weekly reports. • Evaluate self‑perform work progress and adjust as needed. • Manage material and equipment procurement and approvals. • Support MOC and Dunn Logistics Service Center procurement processes. • Select formwork, tools, and equipment for self‑perform operations. • Approve timecards with accurate hours and cost codes. • Ensure quality compliance through specifications, QA/QC, and external resources. • Supervise pre‑punch activities and coordinate closeout with owners and authorities. • Contribute to project pre‑planning, staffing, and schedule/cost change identification. • Participate in negotiations with owners/architects for project changes. • Lead talent recruitment and foster diversity and inclusion. • Manage complex stand‑alone projects from start to finish, handling scheduling, production, safety, and quality. • Identify and mitigate project risks, propose solutions. • Coordinate deliverables from internal resources such as IPS and logistics. • Participate in project pursuits and buy‑out meetings with subcontractors and vendors. • Apply construction management fundamentals, Lean processes, and scheduling software. • Build relationships across teams and stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and MS Office skills. • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in construction management or related field preferred. • 5+ years construction experience; 3+ years field supervision; Lean principles experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lb, travel/relocation as needed, exposure to extreme conditions, willingness to work non‑traditional hours, frequent standing, walking, climbing; occasional computer work.
