About the Role

The Maintenance Technician at Parq on Boulder is responsible for delivering quality move‑ins, resident satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention, ensuring superior customer service for all residents. Key duties include preparing make‑ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs; responding promptly to resident requests; performing maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and snow removal; and maintaining grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog‑park amenities. The role may require on‑call scheduling for after‑hour emergencies, reporting maintenance concerns to the supervisor, and adhering to fair housing laws and safety procedures. • Prepare make‑ready apartments (painting, carpet repair, cleaning, general repairs). • Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests. • Perform maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal. • Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog‑park amenities. • Participate in on‑call rotations for after‑hour emergencies. • Report maintenance issues in vacant units, model homes, and common areas to the supervisor. • Follow state, local, and federal fair‑housing laws and company safety procedures. • Attend required training programs and adhere to uniform and appearance standards. • Maintain reliable, punctual attendance and timely reporting of any issues.

What You Bring

The technician must hold a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II certification (or local equivalent), and be able to read technical documents, perform basic calculations, and write routine reports while following all safety protocols. Education requirements include a High School diploma, GED, or trade/technical/vocational training, with at least one year of related experience. The work environment is a professional office setting with standard equipment, requiring travel between properties and physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 100 lb, with travel up to 10% of the time. • Hold a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification (or local equivalent). • Ability to read technical documents, perform basic calculations, and write routine reports. • Require a High School diploma/GED or trade/technical education and 1+ year related experience. • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move up to 100 lb and travel between properties up to 10% of the time.
