About the Role
The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and deliver prompt, courteous service. This role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity within the operation. Key duties include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing daily route information, and using the internal routing platform to improve efficiency and accuracy. The analyst monitors route progress, communicates with drivers, resolves transit issues, and manages driver performance and safety. The analyst is responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by interacting courteously, managing promises, updating call center communications, and addressing missed pickups or service exceptions promptly. Continuous evaluation of route design helps prevent delays and supports a positive customer experience. • Ensure compliance with all required safety policies and procedures. • Analyze daily route data and adjust routing for efficiency using the internal platform. • Communicate continuously with drivers to monitor progress and resolve transit issues. • Evaluate and address driver performance, missed pickups, and swing‑route opportunities. • Optimize load capacity and disposal site assignments to maximize profitability. • Proactively respond to service requests and prioritize customer promises. • Maintain daily call center communication and update routing media for service exceptions. • Provide courteous customer interactions and uphold universal service commitments.

What You Bring
Successful candidates possess strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, are comfortable in fast‑paced environments, and are proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools. Two years of dispatcher or leadership experience is preferred, along with a background in customer‑facing roles.
