About the Role

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of complex technology initiatives that support acquisition integrations. This includes overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of email and data conversions, network and telephony transitions, and hardware and infrastructure upgrades. The role combines strong technical knowledge with strategic communication and change‑management expertise to ensure seamless technology transitions for newly acquired entities. • Lead acquisition integration projects (email & data migrations, network/telephony upgrades, hardware refreshes). • Develop and execute detailed project plans, scope statements, status reports, and post‑project evaluations aligned with acquisition milestones. • Collaborate with IT operations, security, infrastructure, and business units to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption. • Partner with leadership to define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support organizational strategy. • Coordinate with external MSPs, internal teams, and newly acquired entities to manage dependencies and resolve technical challenges. • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed. • Oversee migration and cutover planning, execution, and validation of system and user transitions. • Produce data‑driven progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for executives and stakeholders. • Implement change‑control processes to manage scope adjustments and maintain project alignment. • Champion IT project‑management best practices and integration planning. • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline integration processes and enhance future readiness. • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information; travel up to 10% as needed.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure project‑management experience. • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred; experience with mergers/acquisitions a plus. • Strong technical knowledge of networking, telephony, hardware deployment, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive). • Experience with email/data migrations, infrastructure consolidation, Active Directory/Azure AD, and endpoint management tools (Intune/SCCM). • Skilled in risk management, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and advanced use of Microsoft 365 tools, Smartsheet, Planner, etc. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills; able to influence technical and executive audiences. • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
