• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual/swing doors, door closers, pivots, panic hardware, and automatic folding, sliding, and swing doors. • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and automatic door systems. • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team. • Maintain a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. • Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves repairing and replacing ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. AAADM certification is preferred, and candidates should have at least two years of experience in automatic‑door installation or service. Successful technicians possess strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing with metal or wood studs, and a clean driving record for company vehicles. They must manage multiple projects, work under time constraints, and operate both independently and as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail and a professional attitude. The position requires a service‑oriented mindset, the ability to perform preventative maintenance on commercial door systems, and familiarity with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy. Candidates should thrive in a fast‑paced environment and deliver excellent customer service. • Use carpentry skills to frame partitions and install doors/windows with metal or wood studs. • Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a professional attitude. • Preferred experience with Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy door brands. • AAADM certification (preferred) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
